Description

An established semi-systemic carbamate fungicide with protective action against damping-off and root rots caused by Pythium, Phytophthora and against downy mildew.
Protects the germinating seed, seedling, pot or container plants and transplants from infection

For use an agricultural fungicide in ornamentals, amenity turf, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cauliflowers, Calabrese.
EAMUs are available allowing use on ornamental plant production and a wide range of named edible crops.

Active ingredient: propamocarb 722g/l

Proplant must be applied preventatively as a soil drench to protect germinating seeds, seedlings, cuttings, pot or container plants and transplants.
To achieve maximum distribution and effectiveness, soil or compost must be moist.
For drenching, use sufficient water volume to allow the product to penetrate thoroughly the rooting zone.
Proplant should not be applied to dry soil or compost. Treated soil must be kept under normal moisture conditions to enable continuous absorption by the roots.

General rates: Apply 5 ml product per m2 soil before or immediately after sowing, before or immediately after pricking out.
Apply the recommended rate of Proplant in 2 to 4 litres of water per m2 depending on humidity of the soil and deepness of substrate.
