Description
Butisan S is a residual herbicide which can be used in all varieties of winter and spring sown oilseed rape, broccoli/calabrese, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, ornamental shrubs/trees and nursery fruit trees.
Active ingredient: 500 g/l metazachlor
Crops: Winter and spring oilseed rape, broccoli/calabrese, Brussels sprout, cabbage, cauliflower, nursery fruit trees and ornamental shrubs/trees
Weed spectrum: Black bindweed, chickweed, henbit dead nettle, red dead nettle, fat hen (autumn germinating), forget-me-not, groundsel, mayweeds, annual meadow grass, black nightshade, parsley piert, poppy, shepherd’s purse, sowthistle and speedwells (for full list see label
Maximum individual dose 1.5 litres per hectare
Water volume: winter oilseed rape 100-190 litres per hectare (see label)
Water volume: spring oilseed rape, broccoli/calabrese, Brussels sprout, cabbage, ornamental shrubs/trees and nursery fruit trees 190-450 litres per hectare (see label)
Other specific restrictions: Applications shall be limited to a total dose of not more than 1.0 kg metazachlor/ha in a three year period on the same field. When Butisan S is used on nursery fruit trees, any fruit harvested within one year of application must be destroyed.
